One of the most creative and simple apps I have seen
The guy who created this is honestly awe inspiring, one day I was searching inside app-store to find app to my liking and when image popped into my brain about what kind of to do list apps I wanted to download, this came closest to it, honestly can’t underestimate the impact it had and still has on my life, I think creator of this app is very creative yet structured, just ideal match for bringing stuff to life

I’ve tried so many to do list apps, and none of them come close to the functionality of Smart Tasks. I’ve been using it for years, and each update makes it even better!

This is the best app for task lists. I can create many with different colors and can tick them off once complete. If I don’t get to them today, it is easy to update the due date. I really like the whenever option.
Easy to use—great colors!
I have a lot of tasks. Tasks are easy to set up and modify later. I would love a category like Whenever that can be locked on the top of the 7 day view for those tasks that are super important tasks-more important than prioritize for the day. More like a “these aren’t done YET”????? 😉

Exactly what I needed!
I just needed a simple task app that worked on my iMac, Macbook, and iPhone. This app checks all those boxes. It's straight forward, simple, easy, clean, and I love the cloud feature to sync it across my devices. A and very necessary for my workflow.

Great App - Easy to Use
Downloaded the app and was able to get right into it, really enjoy the look and feel.
Do items actually get deleted?
Installed on iPad and phone. This morning all items of May and June including deleted and updated showed up with their original dates on my iPad today’s date. Next thing the whole works synched to my phone. What a mess. I don’t really need the app on my iPads so deleted them. I like the app but will stop it from synching with iCloud.

A very intuitive list organizer
I am an avid listener maker. I wanted to have a list that I could put alerts on for some items and have it be available across my various platforms. I can add things from my phone or while I’m at my computer and it’s so helpful. Being able to add details to the notes is amazing. I made a whole list for my subscriptions I keep forgetting about and so far out of the apps I’ve used I’ve liked this one the most. So I think it’s worth it

you have to pay money to do anything more than manually putting in tasks. I would love to be able to make it a routine task but i’m not willing to pay $$…
Works GREAT for ADHD!
This app is so simple to put things in, take them out, rearrange them, change their color and make multiple color coded lists. Before this app I had millions of sticky notes and paper lists all jumbled up and never where they needed to be when I needed them. I have this on my iPad and my iPhone so all my lists are always with me when and where I need them and I can change things on the fly at the drop of a hat. LOVE IT! This is the ONLY app I have ever found worth paying for, and I hope it never goes away.

UPDATED BELOW: Update Created a Mess!
I’ve come to rely upon this app to manage my daily life (including work). Since the last update, it’s been a nightmare! Every day, the app restored and returns to active EVERY task I’ve completed since 19 MAY. Cancelling my subscription and finding something more reliable.
UPDATE: The developer was immediately responsive and asked for specifics about my experience in order to help troubleshoot and update the app. From my side, I turned off syncing and the app on my phone returned to functioning normally. Changed review from 1-star to 4 (and cheering on this developer to make it a 5-star experience like it had been for over a year before the glitch).

LOVE IT - one thing would help SO MUCH
This app is the best i’ve used it for years. so much flexibility and somehow remains simple and intuitive. If there could be a way to see ALL tasks as one list (in the same layout as the “next 7 days”) then it would be perfect. that is my only issue with it, and why i sometimes opt for another system, because it’s is tedious to click on each day to see my tasks and events.
