This is the best app for task lists. I can create many with different colors and can tick them off once complete. If I don’t get to them today, it is easy to update the due date. I really like the whenever option.
Great App To Keep You Organized
I have been using this app for a couple of years now and it has been very useful at keeping me on task. You can enter a single task or tasks that are recurring like checking the filter on the ductless heating/AC unit each month. I especially like being able to add notes and reminders to tasks. I highly recommend this app.

A Great All Purpose App!
Thank you, Francesco for this wonderful multiple uses app! I needed an app for scheduling appointments, perpetual tutoring sessions, etc.
I’m glad your app also allows me to insert some emoji which I matched to my tasks & to help mme identify some of my students & interests! Your app replaces an app I had used years ago & is now no longer in service.
**Suggestion: Please, could you consider making some specialized task symbols (that are just a little larger than emoji,) that we could insert along with our written tasks information —for example: medical, sports/recreation, school, grocery & shopping ones? I think this would ADD to the attractiveness! TY in Advance! 🙂

One suggestion sorry if it doesn’t make sense
I have ADHD and can never remember to do things and I have an Apple Watch that I use smart tasks on, I think we should be able to get notifications at a set time for something to do
High price for low features
£11 per annum isn’t a lot, but too much for a very basic to do list. Now cancelled.
One of the most creative and simple apps I have seen
The guy who created this is honestly awe inspiring, one day I was searching inside app-store to find app to my liking and when image popped into my brain about what kind of to do list apps I wanted to download, this came closest to it, honestly can’t underestimate the impact it had and still has on my life, I think creator of this app is very creative yet structured, just ideal match for bringing stuff to life

Easy to use—great colors!
I have a lot of tasks. Tasks are easy to set up and modify later. I would love a category like Whenever that can be locked on the top of the 7 day view for those tasks that are super important tasks-more important than prioritize for the day. More like a “these aren’t done YET”????? 😉

Exactly what I needed!
I just needed a simple task app that worked on my iMac, Macbook, and iPhone. This app checks all those boxes. It's straight forward, simple, easy, clean, and I love the cloud feature to sync it across my devices. A and very necessary for my workflow.

Great App - Easy to Use
Downloaded the app and was able to get right into it, really enjoy the look and feel.
Do items actually get deleted?
Installed on iPad and phone. This morning all items of May and June including deleted and updated showed up with their original dates on my iPad today’s date. Next thing the whole works synched to my phone. What a mess. I don’t really need the app on my iPads so deleted them. I like the app but will stop it from synching with iCloud.

A very intuitive list organizer
I am an avid listener maker. I wanted to have a list that I could put alerts on for some items and have it be available across my various platforms. I can add things from my phone or while I’m at my computer and it’s so helpful. Being able to add details to the notes is amazing. I made a whole list for my subscriptions I keep forgetting about and so far out of the apps I’ve used I’ve liked this one the most. So I think it’s worth it
