Great App - Easy to Use
Downloaded the app and was able to get right into it, really enjoy the look and feel.
Do items actually get deleted?
Installed on iPad and phone. This morning all items of May and June including deleted and updated showed up with their original dates on my iPad today’s date. Next thing the whole works synched to my phone. What a mess. I don’t really need the app on my iPads so deleted them. I like the app but will stop it from synching with iCloud.

A very intuitive list organizer
I am an avid listener maker. I wanted to have a list that I could put alerts on for some items and have it be available across my various platforms. I can add things from my phone or while I’m at my computer and it’s so helpful. Being able to add details to the notes is amazing. I made a whole list for my subscriptions I keep forgetting about and so far out of the apps I’ve used I’ve liked this one the most. So I think it’s worth it

Not great
you have to pay money to do anything more than manually putting in tasks. I would love to be able to make it a routine task but i’m not willing to pay $$…
Works GREAT for ADHD!
This app is so simple to put things in, take them out, rearrange them, change their color and make multiple color coded lists. Before this app I had millions of sticky notes and paper lists all jumbled up and never where they needed to be when I needed them. I have this on my iPad and my iPhone so all my lists are always with me when and where I need them and I can change things on the fly at the drop of a hat. LOVE IT! This is the ONLY app I have ever found worth paying for, and I hope it never goes away.

UPDATED BELOW: Update Created a Mess!
I’ve come to rely upon this app to manage my daily life (including work). Since the last update, it’s been a nightmare! Every day, the app restored and returns to active EVERY task I’ve completed since 19 MAY. Cancelling my subscription and finding something more reliable.
UPDATE: The developer was immediately responsive and asked for specifics about my experience in order to help troubleshoot and update the app. From my side, I turned off syncing and the app on my phone returned to functioning normally. Changed review from 1-star to 4 (and cheering on this developer to make it a 5-star experience like it had been for over a year before the glitch).

LOVE IT - one thing would help SO MUCH
This app is the best i’ve used it for years. so much flexibility and somehow remains simple and intuitive. If there could be a way to see ALL tasks as one list (in the same layout as the “next 7 days”) then it would be perfect. that is my only issue with it, and why i sometimes opt for another system, because it’s is tedious to click on each day to see my tasks and events.

I am a person who will constantly forget tasks the second I enter another room 💀 the simplicity and very efficient design helps me A LOT to quickly write the tasks I need to do at some point in my day or week and categorize them as needed with reminders. Highly recommend using this app as you would be amazed by how little yet powerful tool it becomes during days you need a reminder the most 😅 Thank you so much to the sole developer for making this app as I’m sure it improved a lot of people’s routines! 😊

Great app
This is a great app. I love that I can make categories and color code them. One little thing I would love to see in the future is the ability to check things off straight from the apple Widget on my computer. Right now, I have to open the app to do that.

I love this app, have paid for premium for years and it has been a holy grail to me throughout work and uni. Definitely the best planning app, it’s equal parts user friendly, customizable and detailed enough for busy lives. My only recommendation would be an option for how tasks are sorted by the system each day, would be nice to assign flow based on a tasks time or urgency.

Won’t keep my tasks in order
I was loving this app until it started glitching out. When I go to delete a task or mark a task complete it’ll scramble my tasks and take them out of the order they were in. At first I thought maybe it needs an update but I’ve been keeping up with all updates and it still does it and I’m getting tired of reorganizing my tasks all the time

I have used this app for a couple years now and I would be insanely lost without it. The customization is perfect!!!! I wouldn’t change a thing. It has every feature you could want but isn’t overstimulating.
