Updates for Mac
The Mac updates are always behind windows, we want the same features as window users.
Basic app functions?
This app is not helpful unless you are trying to email/message a contact from STC. It would be more useful to be able to access the Chat rooms your profile is assigned to. Please add more functionality to this app.
Confused
Not quite sure what the point of this app is. The only functionality appears to be to see a list of contacts from the server and to see whether you have used the Messages function to send messages from your desktop app.
No support from support
Reached out to support for troubleshooting help and they told me to work with my ISP to figure it out lol I’m assuming my download speed is too high for their app to function🤣
