Pointless

Downloaded this app because I’ve broken my remote. And you need the remote to accept this app on your tv so absolutely pointless app for lost or broken tv remote

Do not use

You cannot use the app without paying, it stated 3 day trial then £39.99 annually so I wanted to try the trial I purchased it and it took the £39.99 out of my account straight away without a trial. Requested a refund will never use or recommend this app to anyone

Charging Consumers to Use a Remote App???

The remote is fairly basic connecting and navigating your tv; however charging $7.99AUS each week ($415.48 per year), $19.99AUS each month ($239.88 per year) or $149.99AUS per year is just pure corporate greediness! Each consumer pays quite a bit for these products and then having to fork out more money for a subscription to use these items (especially when someone in the household has misplaced the original remote that comes with the tv, having to rely on the app in the interim).

I normally have no qualms with Samsung and believe most of their products are quite good, but charging subscriptions to use this app is just ridiculous!

Charge for a free trial

Stated 3 day trial then 39.99 annually. I downloaded to try it, it wasn’t comparable with my TV and they took 39.99 out instantly. No trial at all and I’ve been charged lots of money for an app I can’t use. Not happy.
