Very glitchy app. Also, you cannot download the actual bank statements as of right now. Android users can buy my iPhone cannot.

Always having trouble getting my paystub to load.someone needs to fix this !
Not displaying my paystubs.
It has worked fine in the past but for the past few days it is only displaying a blank page when I select to view my adp pay stubs/w2s. And I have no idea how to contact anyone to get this looked into or resolved.
Hasn’t worked for at least a month
Even with requesting a new access code several times and deleting and reinstalling the app.
Not Easy Locating Info
It needs to be easier to navigate. I keep clicking to get my tax forms and nothing happens. It has come a long way but needs more updates.

Stuck on a page
I can’t seem to enter any value into the box for the HSA section when I try to enroll. It’s like it’s an image on the page.
Terrible App
Both the app and website are difficult to navigate. Poor response from support team with unclear directions on what steps need to be done to resolve my issue and they closed the work order before I was even able to complete anything. Stay away.
Important info
1. It doesn’t show policy number for TM’s
2. It doesn’t show up to date process for new members
3. It need to show phone numbers so people can call and ask questions about their policies. Shouldn’t have to hunt or search thru extras!
4. Chat line have lack of knowledge on simple questions to assist people.
5. Don’t take this personal. I’m responding to a request that was sent to me asking how I feel.
6. Basically make all important contact info user friendly.

Does not work.
Is ANYbody going to fix the app? There are plenty of reviews saying that no one can log in. FIX IT!!
Cannot access
I do not understand all the good reviews. I have not been able to access the app since I first downloaded it. It won’t accept any of my log in information. It never sends me a code to reset things. I literally cannot use the app. It’s terrible.
Not working AT ALL!
The app completely stopped working! Deleted and reinstalled. Still doesn’t work. Requested a new access code to try and get back in and NOTHING!!

Nobody at work can login to their account so we can’t see our w-2 or paychecks or hours
App didn't work
I couldn't log in to the app, no matter how many times I tried. I didn't see any messages of errors. After I verify/enter/put my username and password to sign in. It was nothing. And frozen, I had to restart so many time but the app wouldn't work. I don't know how I could order my medical and dental card. After I chose plans through alight - I think it was a third party of company website.

No Policy Number, No Email Option
The only option to communicate is to call each individual provider. There’s no in app email option. I have called and emailed several times in the past few months so that I could be prepared and have my insurance policy number ready for an optometry visit, and still I have not received my insurance card. Am I to call each individual provider for my employee benefits to request a separate card? Overall this app has been unhelpful, I can’t even see my username. This app needs major improvements to be effective.
