Refusal to close
I tried to close my account 2 years back and kept getting excuses until finally I was told I could find the form to close it in the app so I downloaded it and haven’t been able to find any account services forms or a search bar and I keep getting charged a maintenance fee.
The most frustrating company
Every single time I try to access my funds it’s been a headache. The app and the website are always down. Contacting customer service is also useless because they read off a script with no real solutions yet at the same time give different answers every time I’ve called. A change to information on my account “maybe” takes up to three to seven business day for me to receive an email that can only be returned back via fax or mail. And even then they “hope” to update my information correctly while they charge me a monthly fee to have my account. If possible save your time and energy and do not work with the company.

I have NEVER had so much trouble with the ap and trying to move money from my investment accounts to a spending account. What a nightmare!!!

I do not like this company. Customer Service is outsourced. Zero notes on previous calls and they do not understand your issue
Do not use
They are good at taking your money but not good at letting you use it. Avoid at all cost. If your employer offers, form a union because your employer clearly hates you if they offer this product.
