I just bought your smart watch for this program and mine is an iPhone 7 Plus. Most of the apps work on the product but one major thing needs to be fixed. It constantly keeps disconnecting from my watch and I cannot take all day to keep pairing. You have a great product and besides since I am an iOS user and cannot send or receive text having my notifications would be helpful. It also keeps prompting me to rescan the Q Code on the watch. PLEASE UPDATE AND FIX THE DISCONNECTION TO AND FROM WATCH!

Doesn’t stay connected to my IPHONE!!!
The watch itself isn’t the best quality but it does the job despite not working for sending SMS with iPhone yet it does receive the notifications.... when it decides to stay connected that is. I have an iPhone 7 Plus and the app and my watch never stay connected, leading to me not receiving notifications when I need them like when I’m in class or driving and can’t look at my phone or take the time to reset the connection on the watch every 10 mins. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix the connection issue so that my watch and phone stay connected and I get notifications that’s the main reason I bought the watch. Otherwise it just feels like a smart watch with only half its features available and an app that’s inoperable.
