I just bought your smart watch for this program and mine is an iPhone 7 Plus. Most of the apps work on the product but one major thing needs to be fixed. It constantly keeps disconnecting from my watch and I cannot take all day to keep pairing. You have a great product and besides since I am an iOS user and cannot send or receive text having my notifications would be helpful. It also keeps prompting me to rescan the Q Code on the watch. PLEASE UPDATE AND FIX THE DISCONNECTION TO AND FROM WATCH!

Doesn’t stay connected to my IPHONE!!!
The watch itself isn’t the best quality but it does the job despite not working for sending SMS with iPhone yet it does receive the notifications.... when it decides to stay connected that is. I have an iPhone 7 Plus and the app and my watch never stay connected, leading to me not receiving notifications when I need them like when I’m in class or driving and can’t look at my phone or take the time to reset the connection on the watch every 10 mins. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix the connection issue so that my watch and phone stay connected and I get notifications that’s the main reason I bought the watch. Otherwise it just feels like a smart watch with only half its features available and an app that’s inoperable.

This app is absolute rubbish!!! It doesn't have enough information concerning your health activity whatsoever. So disappointed to say the least 😡😡😡
TERRIBLE APP!
For an app it does nothing it says it does! Says it connects your watch to your phone, but the app sets up a new Bluetooth connection besides the initial connection. Then constantly disconnects / reconnects / updates, while never saving any of your information. TERRIBLE APP!

Registered? Not registered?
I just got my watch today and was super excited about it until it came to the app. Started the process of registration, then the app kicks me out. Ok, no problem, I'll start all over. So I call myself completing registration and got to what I'm assuming is the main screen. I tapped the icon user settings but couldn't back out, so I exited out of the app completely. I log back in the app and it wants me to log in. Sure!! But wait, it says I'm not registered. So I type in my phone number and try to re-register. This time, it says my number is already registered. Ok?? So I tap the icon to regain password, but my number isn't registered??? I have no clue what's happening.
