Worst app ever. Glitchy, complicated, and useless. People will gamble and buy alcohol no matter what you do, so stop trying to stop them. You make everyone’s life harder.

This entire app is just a mess. It’s complicated, glitchy, and just flat-out stupid. I was forced onto the program against my will because I temporarily moved to a certain area. And they said it has to risk my wellbeing in order for me to quit the program, which is atrocious. This is the WORST card I have ever been on, and I’d recommend to stay as FAR away from it as possible. Disgraceful.

Everytime I try to login it keeps telling me there’s an issue I can’t even find where online to login to see how much I have as well. Bad app
App and Website don’t work
Been trying to log in for three weeks now on the app and website neither work. If we’re forced to use it you could at least make it accessible…
Sad really
App hasn’t worked in weeks and would barely call it functional when it does work need to work more like a bank app
