I’m already paying school fees and on top of the school fees I have to pay an additional 4% just to pay the fees.
No checked in status
Incredibly Buggy app. No status displayed after check in/out. Push email after check in unpredictable. Never had this issue with other day care apps.

Clunky, Outdated
This app seems like it was created 10 years ago and has zero updates. Not very intuitive. Very very basic functions. Would not recommend.
Can’t sign on as new user
I just downloaded the app and it doesn’t have a screen for new users. I just forces me to enter email and password, which I don’t have because I’m a new user! Please fix.
Confusing billing
I wish it just showed how much for each day!
Cannot open the app
It just suddenly cannot launch the app on my phone. And there is no message notifications, no daily update notifications. Poor app feature.
Easy to use app
This app is very intuitive and easy to use.
Terrible for communication
There is no way to talk directly with my children’s teachers, which seems to be a running theme in all of the reviews so you think they would have provided some sort of answer for that. The app takes forever to load any media, which makes it challenging to see your children’s photos. lastly, they’re now charging parents to use a checking account to pay their bills. I understand a credit card fee, but a direct pay checking account. Just seems like they’re robbing parents.

Unreasonable Convenience Fee
Strong dislike for convenience fee, especially as a percentage

After you pay the bill you have to manually close the app and restart it for the amount to refresh. They need to update this feature
Payment
The “convenience” fees tagged on to the already increased rates of childcare are excessive. The delays in confirming processed payments make it appear as if I have missed a payment for days at a time. Apparently it is troublesome to adjust the rates which leads to us being overcharged.
App signs me out
App signs me out from time to time. I have to log back in during dropp off time, which is time consuming.
Payments
Only sometimes takes my payment. It usually takes me a few days of trying before it finally accepts the payment.
Flawed Set-Up
Makes no sense how this is set up. Charges don’t even post the day of services but only a couple days later and by the time they post that your bill is ready, a late fee has already attached! Seems like you’re getting ripped off in late fees!

QR Code scan not working
First time having an issue with this after using this app for a few years now. Was trying to sign in my child for school but the QR Code scanner wasn’t working. I’ve already deleted the app and re-installed it and made sure camera use was allowed but still doesn’t work. Please fix, thank you.
