Ну в конце то концов ребята. Почему у вас все такое корявое и с таким недружелюбным интерфейсом то. Закрыли девочки смены кассовые. И как??? Как???? Как мне посмотреть выручку?? Ну почему все ваши приложения это всегда ужас??? 500 р в месяц за что платить то? Сделайте вы уже что-то для людей.

Добрый день! SmartControl является мониторингом текущего состояния кассы, после закрытия кассовой смены с кассы удаляются все закрытые заказы, в связи с этим их вы не увидите в SmartControl. Для просмотра данных закрытых кассовых смен необходимо приложение с запросом данных с сервера iiko. Такжы есть фиксация данных при закрытии смены в Telegram боте - при получении события закрытия бот отправляет все отчеты на текущий момент автоматически.
