Can’t get videos back
Great in uploading. Trying to recover some of the videos by copying, moving or whatever... works randomly and some videos are NEVER transferred. I had to upload them to my PC in order to transfer them back to my iDevices. REAL lousy trade off

Too simple
Right. Action dialogue like copying is in Chinese altho language is set to English. Wording and options r confusing and not that helpful. No obvious info to show which storage is being used. Wish there is copy and cut function. At least could've made photos selection just like IOS's own Photos app with groups. Performance wise is acceptable. After all it is still good extension of storage. Should be more integrated to IOS' UI and take advantage.

Came with no instructions in ENGLISH!! Developer site is not in English either!! Useless!!
doesn't work
Using SmartDisk U3 hardware, tried to read a Canon camera 256gb disk. Downloaded app, it doesn't show any files at all on the card. Tried the apps FAQ , more, and Web icons, and it says in bad english "The information is not input".

Not intuitive!
Ap & disk do not come with instructions. I can't figure out how to copy or move files to disk using this required ap.
