Easy to use and instructions are clear. Help is available by phone if required. I have started doing my own inventories with this app, rather than use an inventory company. I find the inventory report /check out is much clearer for the tenant to see the condition of the property when moving in and any damage when vacating. Highly recommended!

doesn’t sync with online dashboard!
Not impressed with the interface or lack of with the portal and the main dashboard. Why it doesn’t connect when you are online to be able to use an existing template is beyond me.
Love the quality but…
I love the quality and presentation reports of this app BUT I changed to another app because every time I take a photo I have to click something on the screen to be able to take another one and it just holds me up and waste time. I just want to be able to click and take photos back to back to back

Good but there are a lot of improvements needed
Very clunky, old fashioned interface but an affordable tool to functional tool.

RUBBISH app that deleted data and reports
The app automatically deletes your reports on both the website and the phone app if you don’t have credits available.
It’s honestly a joke that I can’t at least store completed reports on my phone.
To then also delete them without my permission on the website is just plain stupid.
Never using or paying for smarter inventories again it’s outdated and there’s better out there.
Don’t waste your time , I can’t even retrieve my deleted reports which makes life harder.

One of the most easiest inventory apps I’ve ever used and tried. Very fast, efficient and easy navigation. The customer support is second to none. Always very helpful and friendly for advice and help. What’s also great is that there are many payment packages to choose from. From a one off payment to very reasonable monthly packages for unlimited use. This is a must try piece of inventory software.

Colour Scheme
the colour scheme of the app makes text invisible. I can’t see anything i’m typing in property information fields as-well as the room names are literally invisible on the black background..

I have been using Smarter for five years and cannot rate it highly enough. The format is very user friendly, and each update only adds to its efficiency.
On the rare occasion that there has been any kind of glitch, the team always respond immediately, usually with a phone call, to rectify. That is something I truly appreciate.
If you haven’t tried it, I recommend you do!

Great App and even better support.
This is the one for the madness peaks of student accommodation agencies!
Finally a system which is not complicated and does what we need - quick, customisable, allows as many of our clerks as needed to tag issues, email reports with issues automatically and then track which have been resolved and which are still outstanding.
It makes a real difference to be able to whizz through the rooms during our spikes when the students move out and new ones move in within a day or two - as well as during the checks during their stay.
