How it works SmartGard.AI integrates with IP cameras, NVRs, and access control systems. The platform processes CCTV images through computer vision models and large language models (LLMs). It does not replace your cameras – it extends them with intelligent analysis. Core features - Scenario-based monitoring – Define intelligent scenarios that trigger alerts and actions based on what the system sees. - Virtual patrols – Automate scheduled checks of camera views, with AI-generated summaries. - Event analysis – Detect unusual situations, safety violations, or predefined behaviours directly from video streams. - Integration – Connect with existing infrastructure using HTTP listeners, ISAPI, or SDK events. - Reporting – Generate security and operational reports without manual video review. Security and privacy - CCTV footage is analysed with user consent by AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others). - Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. - Primary data storage is in the United Kingdom; transfers outside the UK occur only when necessary for AI processing and always with safeguards. - The mobile app does not access the device camera, microphone, or personal files. It only displays results from the SmartGard.AI backend.
