The ring fits perfectly but the app really sucks.

I’ve been using my ring for over a year and a half and it is just keeps getting better as far as the accuracy. I’m so pleased!!

App stopped working
I haven’t had this ring long, everything was fine until the last update and now the app just crashes anytime I try to get on the app. Pretty upsetting since I was enjoying the experience so far. Also can’t find any help that isn’t in a different language

Country screen will not close
Every time I open the app, it starts to synchronize. Then it goes to the page where you choose the country. That Page will not close and the writing does not show. I have pictures to show if you would like to see them and be able to tell me what I can do to fix the app so it works correctly
Inaccurate Weight
This app doesn’t allow you to record to the nearest pound in weight. And has an inconsistency in weight recording.
For instance you could weigh 210 pounds and it will only accept either 209 or 212. This is a weird fault.
Additionally with its latest update has stopped recording sleep.
I am abandoning this app due to smart ring failure. Going from 2 days life to an hour. And now this morning total failure.
Recommendation is that you avoid any products connected with this app as they are absolutely useless!!!

Inaccurate
The step count is off, sleep measure, BP….etc. Not sure if it’s the connection between the app and ring. Or if it’s the ring itself.

7/28/26 update: 😃great news. App now lets you opt in or out of automatic updates. Also, Sleep Mode now syncing.
FYI: I did NOT update 7/28/26 version yet. I will wait to see future comments/reviews/feedback to make sure glitches are corrected.

Ring “Reset”unresponsive, still not syncing sleep 🛌 data. 😵💫

Accuracy questionable
Sleep hardly ever records and if it does, it says I only got 2 hours when I clearly was in bed for over 8 hours and slept the entire night. So disappointing.
Buggy software
The first version of the app wouldn’t start up properly the first time. After the update it seemed fixed until I noticed the white screen covering most of the app rendering it useless until I restart it and it works. Needs some work please.

I bought a second one & it never calculated the steps.
I saw an app upgrade the other day (can’t load it)
Now my 1st ring that always worked … isn’t calculating steps.
I’m upset as I rely upon it to fetch my swim & water exercise movement.
I spent 2 hours working out (& enjoying it I might add) but have no steps to show for it.
It’s upsetting ; my world generally works as scheduled!

Really poor app
The app freezes after synchronization or just displays a white pop up that won’t go away
Useless
Got my ring and it worked fine for a week but now will not update on the app. You can manually do all the checks which proves it is an app problem. It makes the ring useless as that is what I bought it for. This has been mentioned previously on reviews so looks like they aren’t really bothered 😡.
App lacks in consistency
The ring and app have been good up until a few days ago. Now I am having issues with connecting the ring to the app and “sure” Bluetooth is turned on! Oh well guess you get what you paid for……cheap!
Update is bugged
It worked fine for months up until I was prompted to update the app and now it will not connect the Bluetooth on my phone to the ring. Might have to buy an entirely different ring now.
Needs work
Every time I open the app, it synchronizes and then freezes, I have to close out the app and open it back up in order to see anything

Initial Review
The ring itself is very well made, no glaring manufacturing errors. The problems come with the app. First and most obvious, the app was by written by someone where English is not their first language, or even second. Multiple grammatical errors, using wrong words, improper spelling and punctuation. The GUI is dated and poorly designed. There is a section for choosing your country, every app or program I’ve used has the countries in alphabetical order, not this app, they’re just randomly tossed in a list. This is another example of no attention to detail.
The ring has five main functions: steps, BP, sleep, PCO2 & heart rate. With the exception of steps, each function has to be turned on in the app, there is no continuous monitoring. When activating one of these features the app tells you to place the ring sensors on the “belly” of your finger (i.e underside of your hand). Other than taking off the ring and looking at where the sensors are, there is no indicator as to where the sensors are when the ring is on your finger. This is a major design flaw.
I’ve only had the ring a short time, but to be fair, I’ll give it a couple weeks and see how it fairs.

Muy bueno pero…
Al parecer la batería no es muy buena.
Todo iba muy hasta que 5 meses luego de comprar el artículo, dejo de cargar. La luz roja se prende pero realmente no esta cargando.
