App has improved
Was not happy with the sleep tracker not syncing but it has improved dramatically since 2025.
Dumb ring
Everything is in Chinese. Horrible instructions and the app does not link with Apple Health App. A waste of money.
Needs Redefining
This app needs to be more demographic. In the health app it assumes you have black hair among other things and asks questions you can’t answer unless you meet a certain criteria. It’s ok for the money but accuracy is not there so you only get rough results and these can be manipulated by the data you put in the app.

Not bad, but needs work
It’s pretty good for the price and the fact there is no subscription makes it that much better. The app needs a tweak, though. Whenever I track a workout, after a few minutes I’ll get the message “movement stopped” and the tracker stops. I can be in the middle of a set and it will just stop. Everything else is fine. Fix this one little thing and it will be perfect.

Accurate and motivational device
The smart ring is clearly the main reason I have brought my heart rate and blood pressure down to a normal level. It nudges the user to create better habits and tracks any improvement which in turn motivates you to do better.

Won’t connect to Apple health
Tried restarting the phone, deleting and redownloading the app, the menu gets stuck at telling the user to change the settings manually in the health app. Mentions going into devices menu, and selecting the SmartHealth app from the Apple health app. Nothing comes up.
Sucks
The ring died so I charged it. Now it refuses to reconnect.

I’m not sure how good the ring is, but the app is horrible. It keeps trying to get me to change the language to something Asian. I’m not Asian. Fix the app and maybe the ring will be good. Until then, you get one star.
Update 8/22/26
App now fails to connect with ring. Keeps telling me to make sure my Bluetooth is on. It is on. Worked for about three days after update, then fails again. Not sure how many more chances I’ll give this ring.

Now works perfectly since update
Got my ring and it worked fine for a week but now will not update on the app. You can manually do all the checks which proves it is an app problem. It makes the ring useless as that is what I bought it for. This has been mentioned previously on reviews so looks like they aren’t really bothered 😡.

Not connecting to health app
Data seems to be pretty accurate compared to other products tried resetting the phone resetting the apps using AI to help and cannot connected to the Health app otherwise pretty good product
Apple health doesn’t work or connect
The ring works perfectly, but SmartHealth won’t connect to Apple Health. The app tells me to enable permission manually, but SmartHealth doesn’t appear anywhere in Apple Health settings. I’ve reinstalled the app, restarted my iPhone and reset privacy settings. Please fix the Apple Health integration.

ugh i’m so annoyed
Disappointed
I purchased to monitor my blood pressure. Hoping it was closely accurate but it’s not. Anywhere from 10-20 points off. I check using my home blood pressure machine. But that’s not the most annoying part. The app really sucks. Guaranteed 1 out of 3 times I open app it freezes. The ring is useless without the app. I either have shut down the phone and restart or delete and reload the whole app. Very disappointing
