Thank you for the review and the kind words. An update that makes English the default fallback language is on it’s way.

Transform your iPad into a centralized smart home control panel. Manage lighting, climate, security, and more with an elegant, customizable dashboard. A companion iPhone app provides on-the-go access to your home controls.
2.0
July 23, 2026
Version 2.0 NOW ON IPHONE HomeView now comes with a companion app for iPhone — so you can check and control your home when you're not near your iPad. It's not a shrunk-down dashboard: it's built for quick glances and quick taps. Start empty and add exactly the devices you want, browse by category or by room, group your lights, and search across everything. Your iPad dashboard stays exactly as it is — the two work side by side. Everything is per-home and opt-in, just like on iPad. Thanks, as always, for the suggestions that shaped this release.

Yes, the dashboard is highly customizable. You can filter by category, pin important widgets to the Overview, arrange everything with drag and drop, and assign custom names and icons to each widget.
As SmartHome Dashboard relies on HomeKit, it provides direct control of your accessories. While an internet connection is typically needed for remote access via the iPhone app, local control of HomeKit devices should function as expected.
