Non existent support for non functioning socket

We got their exterior Smart socket. We were unable to set it up and requests for support within the app went unanswered.

Useless app

I bought an outdoor ip66 rated plug socket for my home, however the app will only connect your WiFi socket if it’s connected to a 2.4ghz only network. Mine as are many others is a dual band network, and you can’t separate it. I have other 2.4ghz smart devices in my home and they will all connect to my dual band network with no issues using their own app, this one will not. I can’t image I’m the only person who has this issue something needs fixing in the app.

Awful outside sockets and customer service

Stay away! The outdoor Wi-Fi sockets keep breaking after few months. And the customer service is awful.
