Crashed my phone, locked up lights
This is impossible. I can’t believe these expensive lights work less well than the Amazon $30 LED’s I have for Halloween. These are impossible. I was just about to get into an important shoot, lights connected and hard to reach, and BOOM. THEYRE LOCKED. No access. Now every change is either wait for full reset or literally go up a ladder and disturb the set. This is TERROBLE

Needs an update, help Vitec Group
I paid $1000 to upgrade my lights to work with this app. It crashes upon load unless I delete it and reinstall before each use. (iPhone 12 with iOS 15.1 & 15.3)
UPDATE: Still crashing. Now on new iPhone 16 with updated software. This is unacceptable.

Don’t waste money on Bluetooth hardware
I would say it almost borders on a scam that litepanel still sells the Bluetooth module for their astra 6x lights. In the 1 year that I have owned the Bluetooth module this app is SUPPOSE to work with it has worked ZERO times. I have tried numerous iPhone and iPads and nothing. They make great lights but horrible app and module.

Makes me want to buy Aperture lights
Sidus link while, not perfect, is 1,000 times better than this app. It was great for the first gen of iot lighting but it hasn't evolved much since.

Absolutely useless
I’ve been using this app for several years and the whole system is terrible. Lights are difficult to connect and constantly disconnect once they’re paired. I’ve had good luck using Bluetooth control with other light brands. I don’t understand why Litepanels can’t figure this out.
