Not working
The app does not work anymore. Every time I try to login it just says login failed.

I do believe the new iOS update has made this app unusable to log into before that it was working perfectly fine

I can’t even login I got fired because of this app it says you’re off but you work and when you work it says you’re off nothing is good in this app

app is completely useless. slow, confusing, unresponsive, and crashes every time i try to click on time edits.

This app has stop working with me I haven’t been able to see my schedule in few months tried to reset it tells me is been sent to my email I get nothing in my email frustrated
Not user friendly
This app freezes constantly, has difficult messaging systems, and confusing navigation. Changing my availability is always a confusing and arduous task even though I’ve been using the app for a year now. I can’t message my coworkers or managers easily in-app and the navigation is very ambiguous, not suitable for when I’m in a rush or need to find something quickly. Gives me hundreds of notifications for no reason. Not visually appealing either.

account disabled?
kicked me out of my account then I tried to log back in and says my account is disabled. I work today so I need this to work before my next schedule comes out !!!

Don’t trust what it says
I have missed shifts, been late, and even came into work when I was not even on the schedule. It will say I work Tuesday at 9am when I check it Monday night, come Tuesday morning I show up at work just to look stupid and irresponsible. I pull up the app to show them it says I work right now, just to look even more foolish because it now says I’m off when just 12 hours earlier it said I worked at 9.. so I’ve had to take screenshots to protect myself in case it says I’m off when I’m not and I don’t show up for a shift.

This app is crap if you can’t remember your password and try to request to change it they don’t send you a pass code but if you forget your username they email you quickly it’s been six days and I still don’t know my schedule I have called them and emailed them for help only to be told they can’t help me

Can’t register new user
Can’t scan the barcode because every time I click register new user the app closes or take me to a black screen with a red line in the middle of it.

TERRIBLE APP
terrible app and customer service. They closed my ticket without any reply and now I can’t use the app. It’s insane that they are partnered with large companies. They must not be aware of the severe usability issues in the app.
Sizing is wrong
Updated the app and now it’s super large weird font that doesn’t fit on my iPhone screen. It’s almost like it would fit an iPod touch screen. Makes me not want to use it. Maybe a resolution issue?
cant send messages
when i try to send a message, it wont let me scroll down so i can see the submit button and send the message. it stops at the priority button (the option of turning it on or off). anyone know how to fix this?
App won’t work
I’m trying to open the app and see my schedule because I have work tomorrow and it won’t let me in I see other reviews from over a year ago with the exact same problem of the app not loading then not letting me reset my password and not sending me an email and none of these complaints have been replied to
