SmartMail Manager

SmartMail Manager puts your SmarterMail servers in your pocket — the same admin console, built natively for iPhone and iPad. When a customer says their mail never arrived, or your server starts refusing logins at 2am, you should not need a laptop. Connect to your own SmarterMail installation over HTTPS and get a straight answer. WHY ADMINS USE IT • Find the message that "never arrived" — search the server logs by address, IP, host, spool id or message-id and follow one message end to end: the SMTP arrival, the spam checks, and its final outcome. • See it in plain English — raw log lines are translated underneath: SMTP reply codes, greylisting, IDS blocks, relay refusals, SPF/DKIM/DMARC results and rspamd verdicts with their score breakdown. • Catch the address attacking you — results group by source IP and rank worst first, with failed logins, how many accounts were guessed at, refusals and country flags. Block or whitelist straight from the row. • Handle it from anywhere — domains, accounts, password resets, spool actions, IDS blocks, blacklists and whitelists, spam settings and server log levels. • Watch it live — dashboard, mail flow, connections, services and alerts, with notifications when something crosses a threshold. • iPad-native — a proper split-view sidebar, not a stretched phone app. BUILT FOR REAL INFRASTRUCTURE • Credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain and work with the Passwords app. • The app talks only to the servers you configure — no vendor cloud, and no telemetry about your mail. • Self-signed certificates are supported per server. • Try it first: Demo mode runs the whole app against a simulated busy server before you connect anything real. REQUIREMENTS A SmarterMail server you administer, and a system administrator login for it. Optional: an rspamd gateway for the anti-spam screens.
