Can’t even start
Downloaded app, not allowed to create account from app…went to website on desktop, called support line, got voicemail. Now I should know well enough, from the very fact that I’m calling the support line before I ever even have access to the product, that I should just move on.
Easy Peasy
I have been a happy customer for over 15 years. They are fast efficient and accurate.
Of course there have been rare glitches but customer service is readily available, patient and courteous.
I wish all medical admin support was this smooth. Easy peasy!!

Incredible app
Extremely intuitive, straightforward design, loved it.
New bug
After a reinstall of the app it now jumps back into the recording when I stop recording. When I hit record again it says I'm trying to record over the previous recording and asks what to do. I have to manually move the slider down to the end. Absolutely infuriating. If I can't get a fix for this quick I will be looking for an alternative to SmartMD.

Pretty Good App
The timeline view was a much needed enhancement to the product.
Great app!
More than the typical dictation app. I use it to dictate patient reports; HIPAA security was critical, which I found missing from almost every other app in the store.
Dictation app with photo/video
Who would have thought to add taking photos and video to a dictation app. Cool add ons. Very useful and saves me a lot of time when dictating patient exams.
Get a horse to go with this buggy app
When it works, it's great. However, it crashes frequently. Often dictations will not upload. If you happen to make the mistake of getting a phone call while dictating - that dictation might be unusable, requiring you to manually enter the patients name and dictate a new note. For something designed for a professional environment it's a bit disappointing.

Look somewhere else for your transcription needs
A terrible app that ultimately will only serve to frustrate the user when dictations are not able to be transcribed. Supposedly even after a recent app update, this app is still incompatible with iOS 9.
Not Ready for Prime Time
Difficulties with their software, poor transcription quality and poor customer service (not inattentive but unable to solve problems) led us to drop this service after several weeks of failed implementation. Twice as expensive as having our own transcriptionist, which we were prepared to absorb had it worked as advertised.
