Good app needs iOS Home support
The app works fine for me. Setup was easy. But I REALLY wish I could integrate it with my Apple Home Kit
Terrible design
Terrible user interface. No feedback if Wi-Fi connection is functioning or not other than it just doesn’t work. Sad because, with just a little more effort, it could actually be 3-4 stars.
Nothing works like it should.
If I’m 20 yards from the hot tub it won’t pick up the device.
Tap the set button and the lights turn on.
Set the temp, it won’t sent.
Huge waste of money going through United Spas.

Hard to imagine a less helpful app… utter garbage
Needs work
I’ll start with the positive, it connects to the tub, pretty reliably, both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. I do want to change the temperature, that is possible.
However, for as little as it does, it’s amazing how bad they made the interface. It would also be nice if it was actually able to control the schedule, had notifications, and track the temperature history.
What’s most frustrating is there are schedule settings on the unit itself that tend to override anything you do on the app so you never really know what’s going on. So if you set a temp, a scheduled temp may come along and override it without you knowing.
Just make the app do what the control pad does and improve the interface a bit and it would be five stars.

Does what it suppose to do
Very user friendly. I like how I can personalize my device and have the ability to share and control from anywhere in the world. Especially comes in handy when traveling back home from being out of town. I can set the temp wherever I am, and have it right where I want it when I get home! :)
Super-convenient, works as billed
I greatly enjoy the ability to control our swim spa and hot tub from inside the house, or anywhere else. Saves me the trouble of walking outside and using the touchpad, even if just to check the temperature. The dashboard isn’t elegant and sometimes loses connectivity to the pool/ spa, but that is quickly remedied by resetting the pool/ spa controller or reinstalling the app. Well worth the price, and if you need tech support they are very, very helpful.

Terrible
This app stopped communicating with the hot tub, and I can’t figure out how to reconnect it. Also, the app has no timer or off function. It’s such an awful interface.
Great spa app and easy to use!
I really like how this app works! Is extremely easy and intuitive. It features the basic settings in running my hot tub spa remotely. I wish I knew about it sooner. Tech support was great at answering all my questions quickly too!

Bluetooth still connects, Wi-Fi doesn’t. Please fix and update ASAP!

This app is barely useful. We were sold on the idea that you could monitor your tub from far away.. well that could be true, if the Wi-Fi part of the app is working. However, it doesn’t provide an alarm to let you know the temp of the tub is dropping so that you can actually do something about it.! it is highly unlikely you will know the temp is dropping, unless you are looking every hour at the app. The Wi-Fi part of our system stopped working within a few months of us having the system. The Bluetooth works, but only if you are within a few feet of it. Very expensive don’t recommend at all.

Only works when you’re next to spa
I can connect my iphone 13 to the spa via Bluetooth. If I even go to my bedroom, I no longer have access. Even less when I leave my vacation home to go back home. I can’t manage it remotely so guests leave the spa on 100° and I can’t control it.
I don’t know why this app exists
There’s no on/off selector for the jets, there isn’t a timer option, there’s no troubleshooting or search/help function. The tub never shuts off so we’re using the breaker when we’re done. So dumb.
Worst App Ever
App only works inside my cabin when on Wi-Fii, 30 feet from the spa. What’s the point if I can’t control the tub remotely when I’m back home?

Works, but needs more polish
This works fine. But it needs new polish. Doesn’t look good. Also doesn’t have HomeKit or Siri integration. It would be great to see that.
