Old sensors failed
Would not recommend as it gives false alerts and they pulled a scam to make 5yr older let sensors useless.
Worst value for money
Most of the time dosnt work. Can really spot smoking not good with number of people. And noise is a bit too late to spot. And on top of that you must pay subscription!
Essential for my Airbnb
Minut has paid for itself many times over. Caught a noise issue at 11pm, messaged the guests, problem solved, no damage, no complaints from neighbours. If you're running an Airbnb, you need this.
