Worst value for money
Most of the time dosnt work. Can really spot smoking not good with number of people. And noise is a bit too late to spot. And on top of that you must pay subscription!
Essential for my Airbnb
Minut has paid for itself many times over. Caught a noise issue at 11pm, messaged the guests, problem solved, no damage, no complaints from neighbours. If you're running an Airbnb, you need this.

Cheap ownership
They used to be good. Lately their owner has become purely profit driven rather than mission driven. Their customer service has declined and I no longer enjoy being their customer, they were the apple of the industry, now they are the blackberry.

Do not buy their products, it was free when we original started, then it went to £69.00 then it went to £120.00 now they want £840 per year for our one property.

The worst customer service in the industry
I paid for overnight shipping as I needed the devices urgently. They got back to me in 3 days and said we cannot overnight ship to your area. Would you like to cancel the order? They simply do not care.
Useless after update
Had it for over 2 years for my short term rental. Used to be a good system but they made a latest update just to kill it. Won’t send auto messages and became not user friendly. They made it more complicated to use. Customer service takes days to respond. Will wait another month and will cancel the subscription if issues persist.

Devices gut, ein Problem
Die Devices sind gut, etwas teuer vielleicht aber sehr hochwertig. Ich hoffe dass sie im Club mit Nebelmaschine auch lange funktionieren.
Es gibt leider ein Riesen Problem: man kann nicht pro Device das Noise Threshold einstellen sondern nur pro Objekt Innen/Aussen, das ist kompletter Schwachsinn wenn man wie wir ein Club haben. Der Support (Brittney) war bisher nicht hilfreich. Eine extra Einheit könnte ich für 150€ anlegen aber wäre zu teuer.

Funktioniert super
Funktioniert 1a bei mir. App ist modern und durchdacht. Hardware wirkt sehr solide. Erst seit 1 Woche im Einsatz aber bisher voll zufrieden!

A great all around solution!
Been using Minut for a while: initially started for noise monitoring and decibel levels, but the crowd, temperature and other features have really rounded this out. Minut is now a helpful tool for monitoring properties for the fraction of a price of what those features would otherwise cost.

No more access to devices
I was an original backer of this project with 3 devices which I can no longer access without a paid account. I don’t need all the extra or remote services, I just want to be able to see them on my phone but they’ve taken away that option. They’ve created a lot more dead devices in the world. Great, good work, well done.
