Dumb app
The app does not work. VIN (Chassis number) and Registration number are not recognised. It remains stuck on opening screen. Dealers and service centres are clueless. Jai ho.

Navi maps and aha both are installed but not showing in smartplay studio app
Useless application of Suzuki connect
Not connecting by using VIN or mobile also both since 8dec 2019 onwards. I mailed number of times and visited show room many time issue was not resolved still as on date. Pl update at least good will may not damage of your company

USELESS
One of the most useless app by maruti. Need more updates with useful features. Maruti should look at the ratings of this app and do the best.
Wireless CarPlay support missing
Wireless CarPlay support and OTA app updated are missing. It’s very hard to update the system. Many times USB cable is connected and it’s charging but CarPlay is not showing
Worst and useless Application
As mentioned by other users as well. Upon entering the VIN# or REG# and phone number app says- “your mobile number is not linked with the VIN#’. Worst part is neither the showroom dealer nor the service advisor know the solution to this. Worst App.
Update new customer in your database
Unable to coonect my phone to car. Tried the both ways connecting my phone car but no use.
Don’t Bother
I found it impossible to register this app as I did not receive any OTR code even after several attempts! Pointless App
Unable to connect
As rightly said by most users, my vin and mobile no doesn’t match and so I’m unable to use a lot of features like navigation etc . I have been running after the company people since last 1 month but this issue hasn’t been resolved . Look into it asap
Not working
When I enter vin/registration number and click next it’s returning to same page again. It’s not at all working.
Difficulty
If i want to listen music from my pen drive as well want to have the navigation on this feature is not available
