Camera not adding
I have already reinstall the app even if I put the camera on top of my rotor camera not adding to my phone why is that?
I have a few questions.
Is the smart point connect the same thing as the app smart point home because I’m trying to download smart point home on to my iPad and it’s not downloadable in my region anymore so I was wondering is smart point connect the same thing as that app if so can I connect the camera I had on that app to this app as well. They both literally look the same it’s just the last word difference home and connect.

Does not work with my iPhone
I have to give it 1 star because I could not configure a smart plug to work with my IPhone….wasted a lot of time trying to connect it with my router. Then I tried using my iPad and I was able to connect it that way.

Every now and then the app will fail to detect or notify motion if you have the follow motion feature off.
Other than that it delivers for its price.

This app was great.
It was great before it got intrusive ads in the last update. Pop up notifications and banners everytime I open it. Not security friendly. I wouldn’t mind them if they didn’t block my interface when I need to check my home for suspicious movement outside. I’ll be look a replacement.

They work great when they work. The night vision is good. They keep disconnecting and now after a power failure will not pair via WiFi or BT. I flushed the router and all other devices are off.
Never had so much issue with wireless even if they are 10 feet from the router and iPhone. I will not be buying any cloud storage.
Entering the WiFi password that I am connected to over and over and over to pair it seems a bit strange also.

Surprisingly great!
Way better than expected. In quality of video, audio, and easy app use.
Great little camera , with audio both ways, complete 360 rotation and color / night vision A++. Would recommend. Only issue i had was the set up was a little difficult, you have to be on a slower wifi connection . T-Mobile helped get it all dialed in.

Basura no sirve para nada
Like it!!!
It’s a great app. I like how I can see and talk to my pets. The WiFi is a bit bouncy when I move the camera; takes a little time to respond. But that may be my connection.
Nothing but problems for last few months.
Use to love this app. Recently with new updates it glitches and constantly having difficulty with sound and voice.

I’m satisfied with using. It is the best in the house. If you produce, or know any who do, I would like to find a few solar powered outside all-weather capable cameras with the same abilities as the one I use. They can help see what the animals are doing on other parts of the farm from wherever I am located.

Upgrade Failure
Upgraded Subscription to Plus Plan and have had nothing but problems since. Half the video clips wont play & pieces of Audio missing one ones that do

Stopped Working
App hasn’t worked for a month, automatic message says it needs update. I have the most recent update was working, and stopped working. After multiple attempts to reach customer service, have moved from messages “to update your version” to messages saying “be patient, we are working on an update.”
Cookie cutter on poor user setup and functionality
Not user friendly, sure it turns on and off the device but, can’t offer typical connectivity update during the process, learning curve frustrating ( inventor 3d is easier) and adding other family members using one email address is impossible. apps 10 yrs ago had the same layout and intuitive set up ( painful ). Hence this app gets a generous 2 star.

NOTIFICATIONS NOT WORKING
Suddenly my cameras don’t send me notifications. I have not done or changed anything so I don’t knew why they stopped working. These cameras are a piece a crap non reliable .
