2023 May update - I can confirm that this app works effortlessly. Just for context, I applied for warranty claim (suspecting motor faulty as my booster pump stopped functioning). To my surprise they showed up at my doorstep the next morning upon confirming with me via phone call. Turns out the issue was with the capacitor - hence knowingly they brought a new set and replaced it accordingly. Since it’s under warranty, the whole service was FOC.
PS: Service took less than 20 minutes, in my case.
Highly advice for those of you experiencing any sort of issues with your booster pump to lodge a Service Request in this app and provide all information as accurate as you can. Choose ASP nearest to you and the technician would likely arrive on the next day, good luck.
