User friendly
This is hands down the easiest credit card reader my company has used. We have always had issues with our past credit card readers. This is exactly what we were looking for. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!

Very hard to allay , Chinese card readers , much time waiting for money, $600+ fee for termination contract, for each transaction you need to send personal information about customer, they will call to your customer.

Scammers
I processed almost 10k worth of cards for my long standing customers and these jerks are refusing to transfer the money to me so now I'm screwed. 20 plus years in business and I have never had to deal with anything like this. Ever since I signed up for these guys it's been nothing but issues and I haven't received one penny from these scammers. Just please people do your research before contacting these scammers. And if you still decide to use them by all means get your self a plan b so your not stuck explaining stuff like this to your customers.

They don't tell you they hold your money on your first transactions. You have to call and wait on hold for close to an hour. They hold your money and make you jump hoops to get it into your bank account. They are so nice in the beginning but horrible to deal with getting your business needs done. The app you use is also horrible as well.

Great POS
I am a huge fan of the Smartswipe application. One of my favorite features is that you can track inventory, which makes my already hectic schedule a little less hectic. I love how simple and efficient it is to use. Definitely a smart business move.
