Underutilized app
This app is super convenient, and I’m shocked no one knows about it! I have so many suggestions on how it could become *the* smart phone bar tab app, why isn’t there a feedback button??
Poor app design and functionality
Bad UI, slow, payments fail. Better to just use web version

placed an order TO GO the entire total was $19 even after I hit check out. They automatically added a tip and the place I ordered from said they couldn’t edit/remove it?!
Too many questions

Please increase gradient in menu bar!!
This is a cool app and definitely elevated our experience at ArtHouz, but after clicking the green menu arrow tab, it took us to a page with just candy and pop corn. We couldn’t find the menu and had to be directed by the staff to scroll through the carousel images at the top. Kind of defeats the purpose if we have to track down staff to show us how to use an app. The menu options were literally invisible. So, I went back to the SmartTab app to see if this was an issue with other vendors. Yep! Every single one. Please increase the darkness of the gradient behind the carousel text AND increase the brightness of the reduced-size alternate text for a more nav-friendly experience.

Future of paying a tab
This thing is amazing, it geolocates you and then offers up locations close by and when you get there it asks you to start a tab. Not sure how things could get much more efficient than that. Looking forward to see this in more venues nationwide!

Brilliant in times of COVID
What an amazing concept and well designed app. No need to touch dirty menus, pens and deal with paper receipts or to wait for a busy waiter to bring the check. This is so handy, safe and efficient. Every restaurant and bar should use this!

GET THIS APP ASAP!
I have never seen an app that allows me to open and close my bar tab from my iPhone. I was able to bypass the long wait time at the bar top and close my tab with just a few taps of my finger as I walked to my Uber. This app is a game-changer. Download it and thank me later!

I’ve been working with SmartTab for almost a decade and they’ve been working on this Customer App the whole time. It works GREAT! Just opened my Tab, ordered some Mexican food to-go and paid my Tab+Tipped all from the App! So EASY!!!
