Practically unusable
No app at all would be better than wasting time with this

Not sure how this became the actual app my company decided would work for us. I think it’s a software bug disguised as an app

Most unintuitive app, if you follow all the steps correctly then it will probably crash on you. Desktop version is better, barely

We have introduced this into our office and it may be the worst thing I’ve ever seen on the internet, between not actually doing bookings, having issues viewing a map, and the fact that it won’t open up and says that my browser is not supported despite me opening it from the app and only having the two supported browsers available on my phone. I tried for 10 minutes and deleted the whole thing. It would be legitimately easier to book a desk by taking the time to hunt down homeless people, murder them and place their corpse on the seat of my choosing rather than use this app. Possibly just as moral. How this can be allowed on an App Store is beyond me. Strongly do not recommend.

No es una aplicacion ni medianamente seria
No tengo palabras con esta aplicación tiene una calidad malísima usabilidad bajísima una estética lamentable encima no es especialmente ágil.
Podría decir 1000 cosas negativas solo voy a comentar el último problema que he tenido con ella hago una reserva de un puesto de trabajo y después de hacerla es complicado ver dónde está la mesa en el mapa. La descripción de la reserva es incompleta pues no cabe en la caja diseñada para contenerla. El buscador no vale para nada. No busca por el código numérico, Tienes que poner exactamente el nombre del puesto de trabajo para que lo encuentre.
Y asi 1000 cosas.
Claramente es un trabajo de aficionados.

Awful user experience
Wow - this is one of the most painful apps to use I’ve ever encountered.
There’s little to no feedback about what you’ve done (or thought you’d done).
It has a really unintuitive method of finding a resource - why would I zoom into a map to book a desk? How would I know to even do that? If there’s multiple geographical locations just give them a name and let me select from a list without all the map fuss!
Why ‘check availability’ - just tell me when it is and ain’t available before I attempt filling out all the fields!
REALLY poor UX and UI design all round.
