Great at the beach
I do CrossFit at home but at the beach I keep limited amount of work equipment. This app is perfect for getting a workout in with equipment I have here.
Great app, everything you need
I've been using SmartWOD for years. It's incredible. Warms ups and cool downs and a huge library of workouts all customizable by equipment. God send. I have both this and their timer on my Home Screen. Worth the space.
No support for Apple transaction issues so be careful
I was double charged for a year of SmartWOD via the Apple App Store. I requested a refund through Apple and they denied me - I reached out to SmartWOD and they just had waved me. Super uncool - I've been w yall for years, and no support for transaction issues feels real cheap, especially for continuously paying customers.

App always freezes
Whenever you try and start your workout, your phone freezes on the beginning screen. I’ve had to restart my phone before every work out and uninstalled this app twice and it still is busted.

Great app but 1) you can’t browse the database of workouts and are stuck with random selection; and 2) I try to organize my favorite workouts list but the order gets messed up every few months or so (possibly with the release of updates)

This is single-handedly the worst workout app I have ever used. It’s not enough to have a set of dumbbells. You have to have a pretty elaborate setup to have access to any of the workouts; with dumbbells only it wouldn’t even generate a workout for me. I was able to set up my own routine with dumbbells only when I browsed through their exercises. The exercises they have are quite limited despite having a thousand listed. Who in the heck has access to a ceiling mounted rope? Why would you prioritize that exercise over any that are body weight only?? Then you don’t even get to easily see what exercises you’re supposed to do; it’s tucked behind a little button and requires interrupting the routine to see them. This app is less useful than a book of workouts and a timer.

My cross training had fallen to next to nothing. Trying to get back into I wanted workouts that would be varied that I didn't have to invent. SmartWOD makes it easy for me to put in the equipment available and get unique workouts. I've started saving the ones I like, so I can repeat them. However, I almost always do the first random one offered, so it may be a while before I repeat any!

Amazing app
This app is honestly a game changer. It has helped my workout skills get back to the top I absolutely love everything about it. I love how it even shows you how to do ALL the movements. One thing that I think would make this just top tier is if you could add friends to see there workouts maybe even heart them or comment nice things. My friend and I both use it and really would enjoy something like that. Thanks for all you have done!!

Add a Disable Partner Workouts Filter
There needs to be a filter to disable partner workouts in the WOD generator. I workout alone only.
There are filters to enable/disable many other workout types and equipment types. There needs to be a way to disable partner workouts. Currently the filter for partner workouts only filters to add them in. Please add a filter that disables them.

Glitchy, freezes
Current update has frozen the app. When it works it’s awesome. Can’t use it now. Only way to get this to work is to delete it every time I want to use it and reload

Edit2:Muss nochmal erwähnen, wie fabelhaft diese App ist! Die Mehrzahl der Apps orientiert sich eher an sekundären Dingen wie Daten(weiter-)verarbeitung und In-App-Purchases. Diese App ist auffallend anders: Hier hat man das Gefühl, als Nutzer mit den "Bedürfnissen" im Fokus zu stehen. Updates führen nicht zu Drangsalen oder absurden Abo-Modellen, sondern u.a. zu neuen und intuitiv gestalteten Funktionen!
Edit: Nach wie vor bin ich Abonnent, nach wie vor gibt es keine Probleme. Der Support tritt, falls man Fragen oder Anregungen hat, schnell und lösungsorientiert in Kontakt, Bugs, Fehler, etc. werden schnell behoben, Funktionen sukzessive hinzugefügt und/oder erweitert.
Fabelhaft wäre es, wenn es Funktionen wie bei BTWB gäbe!
