app doesn’t even let me login with the correct login. says ‘there was a problem processing your request’. deleting the app and reinstalling didn’t even work.

Originally I wasn’t able to log in to smash via the app but I could on the site which was weird but then I used the key login thing that saves passwords on the smash app and it logged in somehow lol. It had loads of info and times on it which is really helpful

the app keeps getting stuck on 'updating guide' every time i try to look at the schedule. the app is up to date as well as ios.
i have uninstalled and reinstalled twice to try to rectify with no success. avoid if you don't need it.

In short, it simply isn't letting me log in. I’m logged in on the website but the app wont let me, I've changed my password and made sure that I’m putting in the right password and email but it still tells me that something isn't right. Pretty disappointed ngl
