Frustrated
I use Calven from work and so far it’s horrible. It eats away at battery extremely fast unless you completely dismiss the app. IT SHOULD NOT NEED TO BE RUNNING IN THE BACKGROUND. Maybe I am unable to see the customisations to the booking algorithm but so far it looks like it chucks people wherever it wants disregarding anything we want to try to add. If possible do not use this app.

It's terrible
This app never works and is too clunky. Always a waste of time. I'd give it 0 stars if possible.
Very long loading time
My company recently migrated to Calven app to book desk, from functional wise it does the job, however, the loading time for the floor plan is super super long.
Everyday in the morning, I need to stand in the office door way and wait for app load up floor plan and let me figure out where is my seats.
Tried 5G, WiFi, NBN, same issue, don’t make execute on the network, you guys just taking money provision a small server for us.

Tap and open does not work well on iPhone
Stupid app letting companies cut cost on one of the basic stuff like issuing access cards for an employee, forcing an employee to use its personal device for official use.
The battery drains like mad as the app need to be running forever in the background.

The options to choose co-workers I would like to sit with are not obvious. Still haven’t figured it out
