I paid for bacon

Hi,
I ordered an awesome smashburger today and specifically requested bacon on it. When I received the burger, the bacon was missing.
I was really looking forward to it, especially since bacon is an extra charge and it’s gotten quite expensive. The burger itself was great, but the missing bacon was disappointing.
Would it be possible to get a refund for the bacon charge or a credit toward a future order?
