I work at Claire’s and I go to Smashburger every shift for lunch break lol I love them and I love the food. I always have the same meal so they don’t ever expect a huge order lol. I appreciate them too
What happened to BOGO?
I used to love the discounts they pushed out on the app. A lot of BOGO offers. It has been a long time since they’ve offered good discounts. As a result, I have not been to Smashburger very often lately. I will likely delete the app fairly soon.
Worthless
Unbelievably when you’re ordering from the menu, there are no prices. What kind of a stupid idiot designed this? Good grief.
Dumb Glitch
I cannot create an account. Stuck in an endless “validation error” after inputting name, number, bday. It’s been stuck for months. Very stupid.
Useless app
When the app is launched it just stays stuck on the Rewards tab. Can't change anything. I cant even get to the menu. This app is junk.

I love the bacon stack smash but the bacon is disgusting cause it's not cooked.
Great Burgers for a great price
The best value burgers in the town! $5 for a single and $7.50 for a double at this quality is unheard of! I would like to see real cheese option to make it healthier.

Not enough Smashburgers to be able to get to on a weekly or even monthly basis. I only give them three stars because every time I do get to go to a Smashburger my points have already been taken away. It’s very frustrating! Stop making points expire

Your Systems Suck
Glad you brought the brisket back and although we love your food your systems suck. Once again no one at your store in Dillon, CO can ring up a sale using your gift cards. Are you trying to chase away loyal customers?
