Poor customer service
I’ve found that customer service is very poor having contacted the hospital in different ways through the app and the phone.

Keeps breaking down
The last couple of days the app has been acting very weird so I deleted it and reinstalled it. Now I can’t even log into my account.. keeps shutting down!

Reminder not working
The reminder setting service is not working well. I can’t set a reminder for my appointment through the app or connect it to my iPhone calendar and that makes me miss a lot of appointments.

Bupa insurance has approval free service in this hospital. Did an MRI without any approval hassle which I faced in Sulaiman Al habib.

I downloaded the app to check my appointment but app is getting stuck and not working properly kinda frustrating to use
