What is the use of this app if not working right? Why a

Worst App
This app is trash I don’t even know why they even bother to create something so bad as this one you cannot add properties always the message “Oops an error has occurred” you cannot pay bills because is not showing the properties in the drop down where you need to choose and barely to launch it take forever you have to open and closed the app so many times so you can barely sign in truly bad.

CIN input error
just downloaded the app and im not able to pay due to the app not accepting the CIN number

SMDC must have a reliable app, this is so disappointing.
Worst App Ever
Password reset is not working. Ive been receiving OTP ,but there is no field to input in the app.
the apps is always loading
i also enrolled my property in auto payment using my card but is not consistently working. there are months that the payments were skipped and I ended up with manual payments again.
the autopayments were also not automatically posted and Customer service will still need to email for the proof of autopayment.
they charged a convenience fee for that enrollment only to end up with failed transactions.
Really disappointing and worst nightmare
