I have never been able to login using previous password I have to follow the reset password workflow each time. It is very frustrating.

Poor execution on a great idea
I’ve been using this app for about a week and a half and have never been able to sign in smoothly on the first attempt. While I am not having to change my new password, it is not letting me in on the first several attempts. Then, for some reason, I have access and can see the messages at a later time. Facial recognition does not work either.

Good luck once u are accidently logged out. Impossible to get back in. The app crashes constantly too
The app needs some updating
It is extremely frustrating that the login information is not remembered. It is also very dated interface. And it would nice to be able to zoom in on Photos, they are just small. The purpose of the app is great, we just need a little updating.
Used to work great- now won’t let me sign in
I have used this for a year without issues- in the past week it has completely stopped working- won’t let me sign in & tells me I don’t have access despite using it without issues. Can’t access messages from my parent’s AL.
The worst
It can’t remember who I am. I get messages days later. The images are wrong. I feel bad for people who aren’t tech savvy having to use this app.

There is no way to create an account on this app. Unbelievable!!!!
clunkiest way to do everything
i like the mission of this app, but I feel like it prioritizes enterprise-grade security on a rowboat budget for everything else.
for instance, in message, when you get a pic, it is tiny in the chat so you click to enlarge… and then it’s a *bit* bigger. If you pinch to zoom, you can’t move around, you have to zoom out and try a different zoom… lol.
Then you hit what looks like a download button but it makes the pic full-screen… why is that another click?? NOW you can zoom and pan finally. And when done you must now exit twice (one of which requires a really precise click on an X at the very top right)
Getting tons of pics from my family member’s day shouldn’t be a slog… the interface should just be quick and easy to navigate or save batches of pics. I lose a lot of the joy and momentum going through pics because it’s so counter-intuitive, really the worst interface of any messaging or picture app.

Terrible
I can’t even get on the app. It won’t let me log in with username and password. Terrible!
Dated and frustrating
Logins are not remembered, despite enabling it. Biometrics are not recognized, despite enabling it. Images received in the app are tiny, with no conventional way of interacting with them (pinch, zoom, etc.)
This app seems to be the only game in town. Perhaps the nursing home money they’ve been showered with bought the execs some nice cars. It sure didn’t go towards updating these Windows Mobile-esque of an app.

Unusable! App is waste of time
Horrible! Frustrating to even attempt to sign in or use! I get notifications and still can’t sign in!
Not usable on IPhone
This app was passable for a year, but for the past month or so the app does not open in a way that I can see/choose any features.
Recent update has broken login
This has become unusable, as it no longer works with Apple FaceID, and does not remember logins.
How do you create a profile?
I downloaded the app in the splash page asks for login credentials, but there’s nowhere on the page to create the profile (?)
