The workers did a good job, but they had a bad smell and didn’t wear gloves. I prefer that they wear gloves while working. I even provided them, but they didn’t put them on.
Customer service is very bad.
Their customer service is pretty bad. No one answers the messages nor does any person get back to you. The cancelation is very difficult to do.
Unprofessional
Cleaners did not complete their job, when I complained they offered one extra hour next day at 12:00. Then when I followed up they said they will come at 2:00!
Reason given is that the driver is outside the city and they didn’t even bother to inform me so I could get someone else.
