Don’t waste your time like all us idiots with this app, all you get is an error when trying to withdraw sats, and 0 support from the email they keep pasting about. AVOID!
Good start, but would love more features
I love that I’m getting bitcoin just for walking and playing games on my phone. It’s not a bad deal at all! Some of the games don’t track properly, though, and there are a ton of partner rewards. I think it would be really helpful if there was more detail regarding what you’re getting sats for and where to find your offerwall - it can get overwhelming when I try to remember what partner offerwall I found a certain game or offer on! Other than that, it’s been pretty good so far.

What happened
I have been with sMiles for quite a few years now, and I have received a lot of bitcoin since I’ve been with them. However, I don’t know if you change leadership however, the game section of this app is a totally dupe. 90% at a time they don’t connect or link the other half a time in the middle of your task the link is lost. Most of the time you download games the way you’re supposed to and it don’t link and it shows up as downloaded on the dashboard but not linked. You write to Support they tell you that you have to wait 24 or 36 hours and I feel they’re rude about it. It will come after that however, the next task is doing the same thing not to mention 99% of the games are on this app are ad traps. All apps impossible task to complete because you’re watching more. Commercials than you are playing the game the only thing that does work constantly. Is the spinning wheel in the castle? It does suck when you do download a game and stop playing it. You don’t get the boost because for whatever reason it has not linked. And the only other thing that is really annoying is the ads that are being put on the same ads over and over sometimes it’s just a picture and you gotta stare at it for friggin a minute and a half. And I don’t even know why you have interested in or not interested at the end of the, put not interested the next commercial you get the same one so what’s the point of putting something on there that doesn’t even make any difference if you press something or not, please go back to where you were!!!!!

I’ve been using this app for about 2 months and have withdrawn o1000 says twice but after the last update the withdrawal process no longer works. Add there’s no support to ask what’s happening, hopefully I’ll get a response here 🙏
Balance not updating after send
Tried different ways to withdraw, none are working.. used to not have a problem , Now after this update nothing works.. everything else in my phone is upto date and works I can move crypto around elsewhere but not here 😾😿

Not counting my steps for satoshi rewards.
I like the app and what it offers, but last 3 days ive used app, it only gives me 5 sats for my steps, and im walking like 15k plus steps. It stops counting them about halfway in the day. It shows my steps, but i dont get rewarded for them fully. I REALLY wanna do the $4.99 or $9.99 subscription you guys have, but if it’s not giving me sats for my steps, whats the point. All permissions have been updated in app. Everything is good. No vpn. It has full access always. And its still not rewarding me fully for steps. Please fix this, and I’ll update to 5 stars, and revise review. Id also like a button on home page to simply convert steps to sats. Like other apps. I think it would help greatly with steps counting and getting sat rewards! Love app, just 3-5 sats a day for 15k-20k+ steps a day is annoying. Please fix! Im on iPhone 15 Plus on IOS 26. Thank you. Again all settings and permissions are good to go. I just get way less sat payout for my steps than i should. Fix this, and i pay for the monthly or yearly subscription to app!

Would like this app but they dont give you your rewards if you dont open the app! Why do I give access to my steps if I still have to open the app to get my reward??? Use my code earnsats
Blue Steps
I just downloaded this app to my new phone and enabled permissions. I opened the app. It shows 1032 steps today, 30k steps last 7 days, and 114k steps last 30 days. But no sat payout for steps. Not even the 1 satoshi for today's 1k steps.
Edit: developer response assumes I didn't open the app. But how would I know how many steps the app says I have if I didn't open it? I opened it several times that day, but my Saturday bar never changed from blue.

Great app for earning sats
Very reliable and customer support on point.
A Scam App with No Support part 2
The responses from the developer to the reviews of myself and others noting issues with thousands of sats evaporating from our accounts was to update the app. I have updated the app and can confirm, I still (1) have 44k sats that disappeared from my account without a trace or reason and (2) cannot withdraw.
The support team for sMiles also is still non responsive to me, after including every email address I can find for them (including the one they say to reach out to on their website and in these comments).
Potentially considering legal action because I don’t know what else to do at this point - they are definitely operating in bad faith.

US based stores & shopping. Mediocre sats on miles walked. Other reqards also very mediocre and boring
Help - cannot contact for assistance
I like the app except when I do my daily check in but it doesn’t register it. I cannot find any way to contact for assistance. There is nothing within the app and the website only has a list of questions and answers, but I Cabot see a way to contact. I am sick of losing sats because the app fails when I do check in

Sounds cool but isn’t
Holds earnings for 2 weeks and will definitely take longer than that to reach min cash out. Took roughly a month to cash out ~1.50 next I put in days of gameplay to reach a 10k milestone in game and no credit. Tracks pennies very accurately but seems to track dollars to their wallet. Maybe bitcoin is for criminals after all.

Withdrawal minimum raised to 100,00 sats
Was working perfectly. Today for some reason the limit increased from a minimum withdrawal of 1000 sats to 100,000 sats. Going to take ages to get to that new threshold.
