Can’t withdraw SATs
SATs sit at “pending” for around 2 weeks, no other apps do that but that’s not my complaint. After I reached the minimum of 1000 SATs confirmed (no longer pending) I still can’t withdraw them. Attempted several times over several days. Two emails to the support inbox, both unanswered and ignored. So don’t waste your time with this app is my advice.
Edit - changed from one star to three stars because I’ve finally been able to withdraw my SATs. Still no reply to my emails, and it took a LOT of attempts to finally withdraw. So definitely no more than three stars for the hassle

Will happily change once my emails are responded to!
I sent an email to sMiles on May 22nd and then again on June 9th about (quite a few!) missing satoshis for purchases that have long cleared the 90-day threshold, but have STILL not heard anything back. We are now in August, still no response. This feels very scammy, not paying out promised rewards. Really frustrated and don’t recommend this app all if you’re looking for a response.

Missing SATS
I’ve been a member since April of 2021 and since that time I had accumulated about 17,000 or more SATS. When I ended up switching to a new phone it appears that I lost all of my SATS and now none will even accumulate in my account either even though I walk quite a bit. I’ve even tried emailing support multiple times to no avail. When I first started using this app it was great, but apparently if you use it never get a new phone because you will lost all of the SATS you’ve accumulated and you won’t be able to earn any on your new device.. I’m honestly beyond mad

Still waiting a year for pending rewards
I used them to spend several thousand dollars of items on eBay equating to $30-40 of Bitcoin. I’ve reached out over email and X with no response multiple times. Rewards still pending a year later. Don’t expect to get rewarded.

Total scam, don't waste your time. You will rack up sats and wait 2 weeks for them to "verify" them, all the while earning them more and more ad revenue just for you to discover that you can't withdrawal anything you've earned with ANY of the cash out options. Then you'll email support and receive no reply multiple times. Gotta hand it to em tho, the 2 week verification and minimum withdrawal of 1000 sats IS a smart scam, people will continue to earn them ad revenue for at least 3 weeks before they realize it's total bs

Won’t let me cash out. I create invoice and everything and when I hit send it just shows a loading circle for half a second then goes away

I have put like a month of my time to get as many sats as possible but when I wanted to withdraw the sats it won’t work just load for split second and stops I’ve tried ever way to withdraw it to my kucoin account to zbd to wallet of sats to Binance it just won’t do anything and there is no button to contact support

So I decided to read some reviews and my stats are always pending as well they are never released so I have almost 2000 sat just sitting there and I refuse to do any more surveys or anything else until these are released. There are other apps out there that release them straight away, I won’t be using this app anymore until my 2000 Satoshi are released and I will keep this Bad with you online and warn everyone else you are wasting your time for absolutely nothing

Objectification of women; challenges to cash out bitcoin
I have seen one too many sick advertisements objectifying women. I do not appreciate the assault on my eyes. On top of that, I have had great difficulty withdrawing my Bitcoin. Planning to delete this app once I can get the Bitcoin I have earned.
