I have been a customer since 2018 but there have been no improvement on their apps, imagine how much this could have generated for the company knowing how many Nigerians are in diaspora.

If there was a way to give it even less than one star I would have done so. It doesn’t work!!! A huge disappointment. Anyway…. What was I expecting from a Nigerian brand. I’ve deleted the app!!!
Fraudulent.
I paid them 19k plus for 32gb to last for 365 days after 14 days my account was blocked, I have only used 2gb of my credit. They say I should bring all my document and certificate and show in person to reactivate my account. I leave in Europe so I should go home because of 19k. Naija we too much.
What a fraudulent company
I bought twice their voice sub I was credited but can’t make any calls it keeps saying u don’t have enough credit, contacted the company twice they told me it’s been fixed for a month still can’t make a call all of a sudden the first airtime of 1500 I bought disappear. Bunch of scammers. Don’t use this spy fraudulent app. They don’t deserve even 1 star.

The app is extremely good and useful,but their customer care assistance is very slow and disrespectful people,they slow reply abs disregard your my request,bad experience ever,7 day’s now I couldn’t use my smile abs still not solve the problem after I gave them my NIN to link to my profile,still not active.

This has got to be the worst app I have ever downloaded. What makes it even worse is that you have to top up airtime on this yet 7 out of 10 times you’ll still be unable to use the app.

Seriously needs an update
This app hasn’t seen an update for many years. Don’t know why Apple still allowed it on the App Store. This app must and should be updated to 6.1 inches and above iPhone.
