Our milkman Kris is awesome. His super cool personality and amazing worker. My dog waits for him every everyday Friday morning at the front door. Thank you Kris for making my dog happy and also updating me about smith brothers online special items. The logo is really cool too. We look forward to ordering more in the future.

No more running to the store for eggs that are all out of stick or over priced.
Over the moon happy for our orders since December. Milk and cheese are always fresh and meats are always wrapped as to not contaminate anything else in the box! Highly satisfied and delighted with our service!
Great service, pretty good app
I really enjoy the ease of use for ordering products, and the customer service is really good. I have 1 major complaints with the app:
when you add a new product, it defaults to adding it as recurring order for every week.

Overall just okay
Overall just okay - not as convenient as the prior version of the app. The current app cuts off order changes half way through the day prior to delivery. The older app cut off orders in the evening the day before delivery. Another difference is the updated app increased the minimum order by 50%.

Good app to get your milk. it’d be even more cooler if they had a fun little tracker of when your milk would get to the door 😋🥛 thanks smith brothers for the yummiest dairy!!
Not getting notifications

I’m not getting notifications after updating my phone to iOS 17. Please take a look.
I’ve “allow notifications” turned ON. And also I tried removing and reinstalling the app. It still didn’t fix the problem.

Give me a reminder before 2PM
This is the third week I’ve missed updating my milk order, because you shut off order changes after 2PM on Tuesday. Send a push notification at 1PM, “Last call for milk changes”. I now have three half gallon Half-N-Half’s in my fridge.

Pointless
This app doesn't do anything more or anything different than a web browser. Because it is a plain old Safari wrapper. The only difference, is the addition of notifications; a feature that I do NOT appreciate. Thats what emails are for!
I love Smith Bros!
I love getting milk and essentials delivered every week, with easy changes and updates via the app! It feels great to support local farmers and businesses. I like to browse the new offerings every week and pick out small treats to my order. Would give 10 stars if I could!
Frustrating app
Unable to delete items from weekly order. Frustrating and I just go to website instead.
Phone sized on iPad
App might be great. I do not like apps that are hard-coded for phone and render as a small phone-sized rectangle in on iPad.
Does exactly what it needs to
This app does exactly what it needs to do. There’s nothing extra in it, no waste. It’s easy to use. The alerts when your delivery arrives are handy too.
Notifications don’t show up in Notifications
Notifications do not show up in Notifications: banners, home screen, or lock screen. Notifications only show up in app. I have to manually set reminders in Reminders.
Sideways shopping
This app is totally bad - even after bug fixes. It’s the only app where I cannot view it horizontally and it’s just the app I need to be able to use well horizontally. My iPad has a case that makes reading the shopping lists very difficult. I cannot get it to rotate to horizontal. Big bummer!

Thanks to app notifications, which I rarely use for other apps, I never forget to update my order and I never have to wonder when my delivery has been made. The interface is super user-friendly. I love my Smith Brothers, my driver, and my app!
Functional
Seemless interface makes adding and pausing orders painless. This app totally justifies having milk delivered weekly. One less headache. 👏🏽👏🏽
