Definitely avoid the app
You are trying a free trial and all mod the sudden subscription starts from nowhere. I can’t see subscription on my phone, I can’t unsubscribe on the website, it’s impossible to get out of this app yourself.

Was offered a 7 days trial but charged straight away. Then downloaded the app for it to not even load past the icon. Absolute waste of money.

I have canceled my subscription, yet I am still being charged. This is ridiculous. Why is it so difficult to cancel a subscription. This should be considered fraud. Not to mention, I am not the only one dealing with the same situation.

There is a heavy promotion of AI content, and their advice is just ‘be consistent’. The app does not work and you can’t cancel there as it just gives an error message. Textbook scam

Would not respond to any emails regarding cancelling my week subscription then about 2 months after I thought I had cancelled I got charged $72 without my permission. When trying to contact them about this to clear it up I’ve still received nothing!!! Please don’t use or download this app!!!

Smmhub do not allow you to cancel the subscription. If you try to disable o cancel the subscription in their web site or by another method, they continue chargin the subscription fee without your consent.

Terrible
Terrible app, never worked from the moment I downloaded it. Have emailed “customer support” multiple times requesting help, and after nothing, cancellation. Never responded and now I have been charged. There is also no way to cancel this subscription, I will be seeking legal action as this is not acceptable.
