Are all these reviews employees? The app does not work at all. I contacted support and never received a reply. Good pizza, the worst app. Good balance.
Update doesn’t work!
This was an outstanding app until it was updated a few days ago. Now it crashes immediately upon opening. Restarting my iPhone made no difference, neither did uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
App will not allow me to select local store.
As title states the app will not update my location. Looks like a bug that makes app unusable.

Good pizza Terrible app
The app is so buggy. Can’t remove items from cart. Completely non functional. Delete the app and re-install and still won’t work. I guess I won’t be ordering this pizza until they fix this issue.
Excellent Pizza
Great tasting food at a reasonable price. Now the app with the rewards program is just an added plus. I would recommend more ways to use points though. Like 5 dollar discount with points used.

This app made me install a new version, and the new version does not work crashes every time cannot even use it now way to go boys
DOES NOT WORK
I downloaded this app literally an hour ago and already I am beyond disappointed. The only feature that works is signing up when you open the app for the first time. After this, none of the buttons work. I cannot make a mobile order or go anywhere off the home page. The app is unusable, pointless if not for the rewards system.

A rewards program for my favorite pizza place! Got bonus points for signing up and get 10 points for every dollar I spend. Easy to use and I can order online thorugh the app too. Looking forward to visiting Smokin' Oak soon!
Great way to earn free pizza!
I love a loyalty program that earns free pizza! The great thing about Smokin’ Oak’s program is that you can tie your credit card in so no need to open up the app when you visit. Just pay with one of the linked cards and you earn points! It’s also pretty great using it to order online for pickup or delivery. Two thumbs up.
