Address does not populate when searching
Only issue with the app is that we search for your address and you add the address it will not populate the app. After several tries, I had to actually keep it in to save it. Have a nice day to do well otherwise no complain about the service.

Iām so impressed with the Smoking Tiger app! The layout is super clear with big, well-displayed photos of all the products, which makes browsing and picking items really fun and easy.
I recently used the Group Order feature for the first time, and it was ridiculously smooth and simple to coordinate. Plus, having Apple Pay built right in makes checking out effortless. Highly recommend downloading if you love quick, hassle-free ordering!

Iāve been following Smoking Tiger for a while now, and seeing that they have an app is amazing! Ordering ahead is super smooth, and the drinks never come out watered down or late. Highly recommend the app if you frequent any of their locations!!
App is pretty, not fully functional yet
App allowed me to purchase pastries that they did not have in stock. When I went to pick up, they didnāt have them and couldnāt refund me in store. They gave me other pastries but Iām still waiting to hear back on a refund.

Please fix the app
Unable to order a head through the app because the āAdd to Cartā button isnāt accessible. It appears to be hidden below the screen and canāt be selected. Please look into this and fix the issue.

I love ordering my coffee on this app on busy mornings. itās so convenient and straight forward. I noticed some of the breads and cakes are able to be ordered/ picked up- so nice!
Canāt change the location
I ended up placing my order at the wrong restaurant. Even though I changed the store to a different location, it didnāt update. I tried calling the store number listed in the app and it defaulted me to the Buena Park store when I needed the Monterey Park store.
Today, I can barely see the checkout button, I can only see about one-eighth of it at the bottom of the screen. Such a poorly made app

Bugs and issues
Offered 5 dollars off and I click it to scan in store but they didnāt give me the discount. I was trying to make an account and the first 10 min the verification code didnāt send to my phone number but it starts spamming me after 10-15min.
Employees training & Smoking Tiger Mason Jar
- I was at the store and the employee did not ask me if I have a smoking tiger app.
- And didnāt tell me they have smoking Tiger app.
- I have purchased so much on that day and I still have no points.
- saw the store on yelp and the smoking tiger with color, and thought :
- you guys must make it! Because I was looking for the mason jar from Starbucks.
- My daughter brought me here, and I thought you guys give in mason jar like the shape of the tiger.
- but I got disappointed that you guys didnāt have it!
- Had you make the mason jar and give it to them in a jar so it is given out.
- and try to keep the same cost of coffee!
- make customer satisfaction count!
- show what you guys can do!
- what Starbucks couldnāt!
- You guys should make Korean zodiac mason jar smoking!
- Start have the supplier make 12 Zodiacs!
- so all zodiacs can be bought!
- this way all zodiacs will be shown!
- for myself I collect all zodiacs!
- make sure the cups opening is not small!
- Starbucks made the teddy bears but not enough openings.
- learn from others mistakes!
- I am moving to Las Vegas!

Basically I ordered nonstop from here, and then one day, I couldnāt use my Apple Pay anymore. Which is really frustrating as I love their Hojicha Latte. I hope they fix the issue soon.
