Mixed experience

Created an account multiple times, allowing time for the account to go through the system for a couple days. Log in never works. Tried emailing support but the link doesn’t work. No one to help. Can’t sign up for any competitions. Update-it took a few days but was able to get an account going. Good app for seeing comps and getting info. Still not a 5 star due being difficult to navigate to certain matches. Have to scroll through everything, all the kids matches, teens, etc. should be a search or filter.

Worth the money IMO

If you can look past the pay wall, I think the convenience and features are worth the cost. This is especially true if you compete via smoothcomp often. The app has also been very stable since launch.

Buggy, laggy, lacks essential features

On top of that you get pestered with ads and they try to make you pay of the pro version, which encompasses essential features.
Stick to the (also very laggy) web version.

Gets bogged down easily

The offered functionality is great, but this is the second tournament I’ve been to where the tournament had to stop because the next match wouldn’t load. The requests are timing out more often than not for the parents too.

Don’t pay to upgrade

I paid the upgrade pro fee and it still doesn’t let me get notifications for matches for my three sons. Waste of money.

Hello, sorry to hear that you had problems. The pro version have those features for the account that has pro access. If you change user it will be a free version until unlocked. Could that be the problem you faced?

Actually crazy they think having access to the activity feed should cost money and isn’t just a given…app could be better and way more user friendly, it’s pretty slow and glitchy

Stupid app

This is a very bad application, there is no support, I made a payment, then it disappears, I can't see the story anywhere, I can't contact anyone, only a stupid robot that can't solve problems, I don't recommend it to anyone

This is garbage

I agree that it’s a worse experience than the web site. It’s like they started trying to port the site to an app and gave up part way. It doesn’t support any basic iPhone features and brings up a web view for the most basic stuff.
