It’s awesome overall…however there’s a small glitch
It is in settings on editing how much penalty amount or percent to add to a missed chore

Old versions dont Erik
Used for years. App is ok but we Reset a device, and now it wont open. We have the option to download older versions of the App in the App Store but they download and then wont open at all. Tríed to contact Smores, cant vía their website. We are página $80 a year, you would think they would ensure we could use it :(:(:(:( help!

Use to be the best
Used to be the best app. But the feature a photo proof no longer works. I’ve messaged Support about it, and it was never fixed about four months ago. Also, I wish that they gave an app a update to where is less chaotic and more of a modern design.

App Crashes
I really enjoy this app, but it is crashing all the time for everyone in my family. I have tried contacting support 3 times since the beginning of August and have only had 1 response back.
Great concept
The concept and what you are able to do is great. But the app freezes regularly, requires closing to refresh when a chore is complete, sends unwanted notifications with no way to turn them off, and has a tutorial screen almost every time I launch the app.

Actually, the best chores app ever
I’m a single mom and I have tried and tried and tried these chores apps so many times! None of them are as phenomenal as this one. This one has been a charm and my little guy is finally up and helping around our house! This gives the kids a sense of freedom and helps with him really feeling like he has a job and completes it when he’s finished! He looks forward to the $10 and $20 gift cards to his choice of store that I put into the custom rewards part! Thanks so much s’mores chore chart! We love you!

iPad format
Would be cool if you could format this to fit the iPad screen.
Very confusing!
I really wanted this app to work, the idea is ok.. but they made it way too complicated and confusing! I was there for 10min trying to simply add a chore and assign it to my child. There are too many options and buttons making the experience confusing and frustrating!
Missing Photos
The app was working great for us but lately the photos the kids take haven’t been showing up. Since us parents are usually at work when they are completing chores and then requesting time on devices etc for completing it makes it difficult to approve with no photo proof.
Terrible execution
This app had great potential but just doesn’t work. The interface is confusing and busy and the app itself is quite glitchy. The s’mores app frequently locked the kids out, lost their data, and otherwise failed to perform. We finally just switched to having them text me when they finished their chores.
We had several great years using RoosterMoney with kids happily, independently completing chores and easy to find rewards and tracking. We moved to s’mores after that App limited use to the UK. I know it can be done to have an easy to use, reliable app. Unfortunately, s’mores is NOT it.

Bad
Could not even get signed up. Kicked me out of the website/app immediately after i put in my email and password. Possibly stealing emails and passwords
Need help with set up
How can I add additional chores? I accidentally discarded some chores during set up.
Bugs bugs bugs
Buggy app on my iPhone 13 Pro. The buttons are off the corner of the screen where I can’t click anything and I get stuck in the same exact page everytime. I have no idea how this app works, it just sounds cool though doesn’t do anything
Adding chores
Why is that when I go to add a chore there are soooooo many categories that it glitches around and many categories are duplicates with no chores listed? Very not helpful!
Great App! But Keeps Crashing On iPad
We have been using this app for the last three weeks and my kids absolutely LOVE IT! They are so organized and have been looking forward to checking things off. I was surprised how much they appreciate the badges and family message board.
Only issue I’ve been having is: we leave an iPad mini in our family corner...where we keep school newsletters, sports schedules, etc. and the kids have been using the iPad to log in and manage the app. Our kids don’t have their own screens so this was the only way I could let them manage the app outside using my phone. But the app has been crashing on the iPad all week. Opens, starts to load, then closes. It’s the only app I’m having a problem with so I know it’s not device related. Would love an iPad specific app so it’s more compatible.

I love it! But why is it crashing now?
I love this app so much. I put countless hours into personalizing and setting it up with photos for each chore. And now when I click “mark complete” on a chore, the app crashes. 😰 Please help?
