What a shame
Previously this was a great app and extremely user friendly. Now however it doesn’t seem to work at all. Very disappointing indeed and shame I can’t rate it any lower.
Buggy and crashes often
This application crashes constantly and is unusable. When no station is located nearby it also crashes.
Where are the arrival times?
The app now only shows few busses' arrival times, and only for the currently arriving times (not the next one). This is not really useful
Not good enough
This is a poor app. Bad UX features are clunky and do not work properly. The journey planner is awful. It doesn't even have a map. Disgrace.
Crappy app!
The developer of this app is pushing users to turn on Location all the time. If you don't turn it on, you're stuck with spinning wheels unless you go straight to your favorites. I have 2 words for the developer "User Experience!!" It's 2015 my goodness!
Bus Data Wrong
Most bus data is wrong. Bus routes which do not exist. Buses stopping at places they do not stop. Not just a little wrong. More like none of the data displayed for my bus stop is correct. There is zero overlap. Clearly this app has not been updated in a very long time. I would imagine four or five years.

Very useless App
If there were no stars as a minimum rating I would have rated that instead. This app is poor and does not even list most of the bus services especially the new bus services. The bus service running in my neighbourhood has been in service since 3 years ago. When I launch the app to select the bus stop, it does not list that bus number. Searching for the specific bus number also proves futile. You're better off accessing those information from its web site instead.

App freezes easily. It has a good design and good idea behind the development but requires a lot of improvement to the Interface.

This is useless. Clearly, SMRT has no idea how to operate a public transit system. Otherwise they would not put out this useless app.
How about a simple app that is accurate. I just want to save my favorite bus stops and see a list of all the bus arrival times in a single list.
And while you are at it, how about accuracy? The arrival times are wrong 50% of the time.

Useless App
After taking a chill pill, here's my 2 cents.
What's the purpose of this App? Finding MRT or bus stop around u? There's already map app. If you don't know where the mrt station is located, u don't need the take a train.
The scheduled arrival of train is a joke. Right now, service between Caldecott hill and holland V is down but the train still show arrival in 3 mins. Is this a close loop communication of train arrival or just a dummy auto message that run based on the time if the day? If it is the later, forget it it. I take the train everyday, I don't need this useless info.
If this app is to be any useful, it should push notification realtime to let us know when there is a service disruption.
It's really a bloody waste of time to spend so much time writing this review but unfortunately it's likely written for smrt management feel good that they have an app on iTunes! How savvy! Now whoever wrote this app, please take the mrt and use this app to see if the info on train arrival is correct. Especially during peak or service disruption.
Smrt management stop patting your own back and think you had done a good job. Stop blaming your predecessor for any failures. You own it now and it's your responsibility

Poor app
Very slow, and very stupid design, can't search by bus no, only by bus stop no, who the fuc* know that??
Absolute Rubbish
I thought I could rely on this App the way we do on Iris from SBS Transit and was waiting in anticipation from something similart from SMRT. Unfortunately the arrival times of the buses cannot be believed. It can state that bus 855 is arriving in 7 min only to see the bus past by. On many occasions the past arrival times are totally off. This is why SMRT you will always be the No.2 transport company in Singapore.
