Cancel of subscription
I do not know how to cancel this subscription, I would like to have it cancelled, effective immediately!
Awful app
Don’t waste your time. This app feels scamish with the 1.99 week option doesn’t work then tries to get you to do the yearly subscription which works quickly.
Never worked but I got charged!
Purchased it but when setting it up, it never let me ‘accept terms of service’ so I never got passed that step.

Do not buy if you need export tool
Missed a review, I wish I had known this isn’t really an export tool as much as an image/picture grabber. Wasted money because it wouldn’t let me select week purchase, so $19.99 wasted. Comes off as a scam app because of this.

I get to the screen where it asks me to pay. I click continue. Nothing happens. It stays on the screen asking me to pay. The app is useless

Do not download. Doesn’t let you see what it does til you pay $20 even though it purports to have a $2 option (doesn’t work). Then all it does is export screenshots. Totally useless!

You have to take a screenshot of your messages apparently and that’s dumb. If you wanted to do that then you could just do that instead. It also won’t let you pay for weekly, so it’s $20 just to take a screenshot of texts that you can already do that without this app. The ad is a lie. This is a gross company and app.

I downloaded this and was forced to pay annual subscription before I could even find out how it works. It took me to a one pager that said take a screenshot and upload the photo. That’s it!!! Utterly useless. No other info, no homepage. This should be reported as I gave them money in good confidence. Give me my money back!!
