Hello 👋, I would like to assist you. To make the SMS filter work, the first step is to activate the application from your iPhone settings. You can follow the steps in the "How do you activate app" video on the Dashboard tab as an example for activation. After this activation, your filters will start working. Important Note 1: Messages from contacts saved in your address book are not subject to filtering rules in filtering applications. (This is an Apple rule.) Important Note 2: If you send three reply messages to a number that is not saved in your contacts, messages from that sender will no longer be filtered. To reactivate filtering, you need to delete the messages you have sent. (This is an Apple rule.)
