Simple and effective….

I love that it builds awareness without calorie counting and keeps me motivated with easy progress tracking.

Five Days In and I Finally Get It

Day 5 of my SnackBreak Challenge.

What’s crazy is this actually works.

Not because it’s telling me what I can or can’t eat… but because it’s making me aware.

Every time I reach for a snack, I actually stop and think now.

The streak is a huge part of it too. Once you have five days going, you don’t want to be the one who breaks it.

The wildest part is looking back at my history. Seeing everything I almost reached for, the calories I potentially avoided, and the weight I could’ve saved… it’s honestly kind of shocking.

You never realize how much mindless snacking happens throughout the day until you actually track it.

I’m still thinking about snacks. It’s not like the cravings magically disappear. But my head feels clearer. I’ve got a little more energy. And I feel like I’m finally interrupting a habit that’s been running on autopilot for years.

Day 5 of 30.

Locked in. 💪

Breaking habits

Such a great tool to that brings awareness to habits that I’m trying to break. As someone who has had a tough time maintaining weight it’s clear to see where I need to make improvements.

It was easy quick to navigate through, took a couple minutes and overall helpful questions about my goals. Clean format!

Highly recommended!

I feel that this app has been really helpful in tracking my food, macros, micros and snacks through the day that are healthy while maintaining how I feel throughout the day. A lot of times we don’t realize the food we eat will make us crash or create hyper activity then ultimately crash as well. Knowing the benefits or a better alternative to what I’m consuming has inevitably let me feel the positive effects of choosing bad from good snacks/ foods. Very helpful and mindful eating app!
